Tom Chirico leads brand engagement for Verizon, inclusive of social marketing and content development, creator and influencer strategy, and social editorial strategy. Previously he spent 8 years at Twitter(X) leading creative strategy as part of the platform's in-house agency partnering with the world's leading brands to build unique ideas and activations that pushed the creative potential of the platform. Before joining Twitter, he was a VP of Digital and Social Engagement at Viacom, leading content marketing and engagement strategy. Earlier, he spent 10 years in the creative agency world, driving transformative campaigns for some of the world’s top lifestyle brands including American Express, Louis Vuitton, and The New York Times. An alumni of Boston University, he splits his time between NYC and a small fishing town on the north shore of Boston.
