Silvio Caielli is a Creative Director currently working at The Community, the advertising recognized as “Multicultural Agency of the Year” by AdAge in 2020, and one of the “Top 25 agencies of the last 50 years” by Campaign US. Prior to joining The Community, Silvio worked as Senior Copywriter at Colenso BBDO, New Zealand, and Creative Director at David the Agency Buenos Aires and Y&R Buenos Aires, Argentina. During his career he developed national and international campaigns for The Coca-Cola Company, Quilmes Beer, Movistar, Olé Newspaper, AMI Insurance, Mountain Dew, Burger King, Corona Beer, Verizon Fios and more. When he’s not working on big brands he likes to help NGOs of all sizes to achieve their goal. On this social role, he has created work for Amnesty International, PeTA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), Solo un Planeta, Un Techo para mi País, Zavaleteros.org, and Project Gutenberg.com among others.
Silvio Caielli’s work has been recognized several times by the most prestigious festivals around the world including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Effie Awards (Argentina and New Zealand), The One Show, The New York Festivals, EPICA awards, Montreaux Festival, Communication Arts (Award of Excellence), El Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Sol de San Sebastián, Wave Brazil, FIAP, Lápiz de Platino, Lápiz de Oro and Diente. The last two are Argentina's most relevant creative awards, and Silvio had the honor of serving as a jury for both.
