Rus Yusupov is a Co-Founder of Vine and currently serves as Creative Director. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts in New York, Yusupov worked as a graphic designer and an Art Director for several design firms, including Tender Creative, Duke Interactive, Avenue A, R/GA, Commercial Pop, and Blockbuster Digital Innovation Group.

In addition, Yusopov was an adjunct instructor at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and founded Big Human, a design studio which focuses on software and web design (HTML, typography, etc.) and helps startups.

Yusupov joined the Vine team in May 2012, about five months before it was acquired by Twitter.
