Reese Fitzpatrick is a passionate brand builder & marketer for 20 years. He is currently the SVP / Global Marketing Head of several key categories (Allergy, Cough & Cold, Pain Relief, Heart Health) at Bayer Consumer Health. In this role, he leads Global Communication & Innovation on prominent global brands like Claritin, Aleve, Bayer Aspirin & Afrin.
Reese began his career in Supply Chain management at Unilever, and quickly realized that Marketing was going to be his future home because he became a bit obsessed with consumer behavior. After receiving his M.B.A. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he began his career as a marketer at Bayer Consumer Health. Since that time, he has led significant turnarounds, brand re-builds and a number of successful creative campaigns – all grounded in consumer centricity. While on Bayer Aspirin he led creation of one of the first digital ecosystems (“ProHeart”) in the Consumer Health industry. He also won an Effie Award for the Dr. Scholl’s “Born to Move” campaign.
He is naturally curious about consumer, and drives programs, content and innovation designed to have a positive impact on the consumer’s health, and life. As a leader, he is focused on creating trust, engagement and empowerment, all in service of his team.
In his off time Reese enjoys golf, hanging out with his family, and fitness training. He is also a volunteer Varsity Basketball Coach at Summit (N.J.) High School.Member Directory
