successful brand campaigns at Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, Procter & Gamble,
Washington Post, Accenture, Charter Communica1ons and CBS. She has also
driven brand posi1oning, crea1ve plaDorms and inclusive design thinking for
Walgreens, Intel, Comcast, Intuit, and Middle East Broadcas1ng. At J&J, she led
the global launch of a $1B key therapeu1c solu1on across the G7 markets, leading
to double-digit growth. Zuzarte is Founder & CMO at Equity Project For All, a
brand strategy and growth venture focused on building great brands and
empowering human capital through purpose and inclusivity.
She is a global ci1zen and passionate storyteller, having lived in the Europe, Asia,
Australia, the Middle East and the US and is the host of
#TheStorytellingRevolu>on, featuring global media and marke1ng leaders.
Zuzarte has spearheaded Leadership and Inclusive Marke1ng ini1a1ves
throughout her career, including as Board Member of the Procter & Gamble
Global Alumni Network New York, and as a member of J&J’s Global Marke1ng
Innova1on Council. She is also the co-lead of the ANA’s Marke1ng Capability
Framework released as part of the CMO Growth Council.
She has been recognized with mul1ple awards including the Ad Age Business
Adver1sing Award and leadership awards from Johnson & Johnson, Procter &
Gamble, McKinsey & Co, and KPMG. She has spoken at global venues including
SXSW, the Sydney Opera House, Dubai Media City and Adver1sing Week New York
and earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and
MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management UNSW and Kellogg
Business School.
