Randa Stephan works as Head of Brand at Weber Shandwick, leading agency positioning and marketing efforts among emerging audiences for the global network. Previously at Weber Shandwick, she led the integrated digital team in NY, directly leading client engagements for some of the agency’s top clients. Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, she was responsible for launching and leading the content marketing division of The Wall Street Journal, WSJ. Custom Studios. Before joining The Wall Street Journal, Randa led operations and marketing teams at Federated Media, a digital start-up focused on influencer marketing. Randa previously worked at OgilvyEntertainment, Ogilvy & Mather’s branded content division, on large-scale campaigns for clients including Unilever, DuPont and IBM. Randa began her advertising career at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Randa has a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and a Masters in Design Management from Pratt Institute. She has guest lectured at New York University and Pratt Institute on the state of digital media and social media marketing. Randa is also an active advocate for maternal health issues and provided testimony at a Congressional Briefing in May 2019. She lives with her husband and three children in New Jersey, where she attempts to find a moment of zen each day. Her success rate is about 50%. Namaste!
