Paul is the Global Head of Responsibility and Creator Product Marketing at TikTok, based in London.

At TikTok, Paul and his team are responsible for launching global campaigns inspiring consumers & creators to connect and create responsibly on the platform through innovative safety, wellbeing, and creation tools.

Previously, Paul launched award-winning global marketing campaigns at YouTube featuring collaborations with the biggest international creators (Casey Neistat, AsapSCIENCE, MostlySane) including their flagship social impact franchise Creators for Change and the Creator Awards program - the largest creator recognition program in the world.

A previous Shorty Award honoree, Paul is passionate about social impact storytelling and previously served on the international jury for the 2021 UN Plural+ Youth Video Festival on Migration and spoke at the 2021 UNA-USA Global Engagement Summit encouraging young people to use their voice to create change.

Paul graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and interned for the Obama White House and BBC World News. He is proud to be a first-generation graduate raised by a single immigrant Polish mother.
