Paul is a Director of Product Marketing at Patreon, based in New York.
At Patreon, Paul and his team are responsible for launching products that empower creators at every step of their creative journey.
Previously, Paul led Global Responsibility and Creator Product Marketing at TikTok London where he launched global brand & product marketing campaigns in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. At TikTok, Paul advised senior executives on industry-leading reputation and crisis-response marketing strategies that bolstered TikTok’s brand amongst creators, policymakers, and consumers.
Prior to TikTok, Paul transformed some of YouTube’s most successful creator marketing campaigns including their flagship social impact franchise Creators for Change and the Creator Awards program - the largest creator recognition program in the world. While at YouTube, Paul collaborated with some of the biggest international creators including Casey Neistat, AsapSCIENCE, MostlySane, and What’s Inside?
A previous Shorty Award honoree, Paul is passionate about social impact storytelling and has served on the international jury for the 2021 UN Plural+ Youth Video Festival on Migration & spoke at the 2021 UNA-USA Global Engagement Summit encouraging young people to use their voice to create change. Paul has also served as an M&C and panelist at VidCon and various YouTube- and TikTok-sponsored events.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and completed an internship for the Obama administration creating content for the White House YouTube channel. He is a first-generation graduate raised by a single immigrant Polish mother.
