Patrícia Andrade is Executive VP and General Manager of WMcCann Brasília's Operation. Patrícia arrived at WMcCann in May 2020 with the challenge of gaining even more efficiency in the operation, enhancing management practices with agile methods for the agency's team. In less than 6 months, she implemented the agile methodology at the office. With 25 years of digital experience, Patrícia worked in different agencies and companies. She led a business unit of Brivia in São Paulo, was managing director at Lew’Lara/TBWA, business director at ID/TBWA and Isobar, director of digital intelligence at DM9DDB, and executive director at TV1.com, among others. Patricia also worked with brands such as Banco do Brasil, Itaú, Santander, Febraban, Google, Ambev, Mondelez, PepsiCo, O Boticário, Petrobrás, Microsoft, Sebrae, Embratur, J&J and Vivo.
