With over 12 years of experience in integrated marketing and brand management, Olivia Cheng has successfully managed the marketing and advertising strategy and execution of multimillion-dollar businesses across sports, attractions, retail, and brands. Olivia is the Senior Director of Marketing and Brand Engagement at LA28, the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2028. Olivia leads the integrated marketing strategy across all digital, brand, and fan engagement experiences. With a key focus on building the foundation for data strategy and its ever-evolving impact on the fan journey, Olivia is responsible for collaborating across functions to ensure LA28 continues to build and make a positive impact for the fans and the community.
Prior to LA28, Olivia was the Director of Marketing at Legends and oversaw all aspects of Legends’ marketing, advertising and creative services specializing in traditional and digital marketing, strategy and business development. From opening several venues including Banc of California Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Golden 1 Center, Olivia drove key marketing platforms and initiatives to drive ticketing and hospitality revenue, attract partnership opportunities, sell merchandise and concessions, and deliver brand strategy for Legends and its partners. Prior to Legends, Olivia has worked in marketing, social media, and events for several iconic brands including Philadelphia 76ers, Paragon Sports in NYC, and Macy’s Inc. Born and raised in New York City, Olivia holds a BS in public relations and sport management from Syracuse University.
