Nancy is a freelance writer and communications expert based in the Washington, DC area. Her career (so far) has taken her through both the nonprofit and for-profit worlds, instilling her with a passion to find the intersections and promote social good. Nancy has worked with national organizations including RAINN, the U.S. Soccer Foundation, and maslansky + partners—as well as local clients in her home state of Vermont.

In addition to her communications work, Nancy has a passion for fiction and screenwriting. She served as Music Coordinator for College Emmy-nominated series Young Adulterated, and is currently working on an adapted screenplay with her father. Nancy resides in Arlington, VA, with her boyfriend, Scott, and way too much Capitals memorabilia.

Currently she is a Communications Consultant for Accenture Federal Services, working with federal agencies.
