Michelle is a Group Creative Director at Havas Chicago where she leads creative across Citi / AAdvantage and the National Association of Realtors. Michelle has 16+ years experience creating and managing integrated campaigns across television, digital, and social and 30+ years experience telling people to pronounce her name like the Beatles song.

Michelle's work has been honored by the Shorty Awards, awarded the Social Media Campaign of the year by PR Daily and named one of the Top 5 Social Campaigns of the year by Mashable. Some of her favorite projects including relaunching the iconic brand Shake ’N Bake and creating content for the Nissan + Star Wars partnership.

She was selected as one of 50 U.S. Ambassadors to One Young World, the first worldwide summit for millennials. Now she’s an elder millennial with a toddler of her own at home.

Michelle also stays active in the Chicago storefront theatre scene. She ran a non-profit theatre company for four years in her off time and enjoys combining her creative and tech passions as a projection designer. Recent favorite project: KILL SHAKESPEARE, a graphic novel brought to life onstage with an immersive projections experience which was featured at the Chicago Comics and Entertainment Expo.

In 2018, Michelle launched a message of solidarity for advertising in the #MeToo movement. #WeAreUnstoppable
