Madison has dedicated her career to using the power of strategy and storytelling to shift perceptions and behaviors for good. She started her career at Goodby Silverstein & Partners where she led strategy for "Not A Gun" in partnership with the Courageous Conversation Global Foundation. The work was awarded Ad Age's Best Work for Good in 2020. It was also the Grand Winner of the ARF David Ogilvy Awards among many others. At Terri&Sandy, she helped develop strategy for the impact driving "Strands for Trans" work. Most recently, Madison joined David&Goliath and led strategy for "Confessions of a Predator" in partnership with Child Rescue Coalition which was shortlisted for four impact awards at Cannes in 2023. Over the last 8 years of her career, she has helped brands like Disney, Icy Hot, BMW, Comcast, Specialized, and more make a positive impact both on their businesses and in the world.
