Lizzy Hale is Head of Global Podcast Editorial at Spotify, where she oversees the curation, programming, and promotion of podcasts on the platform. In addition, her team works closely with internal teams to bring to life major tentpole moments for podcasts including the annual Wrapped campaign.
Prior to Spotify, Hale was in charge of editorial and programming strategies and creative at TikTok. She also built out the brand’s LIVE strategy, along with executing major partnerships with the NFL, NBA and Viacom. Hale also worked at Snap, Inc. where she played a leading role with the platform’s “Our Stories” feature, successfully bringing events like the MTV VMAs and Comic-Con to a global audience with millions of views.
Hale began her career in entertainment at Viacom, tapping into pop culture while pitching trending segments and supporting production on shows like Best Week Ever and 100 Greatest Women in Music.Member Directory
