Kim is the Executive Creative Director and Partner at Mint. Born in Toronto, she has worked for agencies in Canada, the UK and the US including Sid Lee, McCann, and Sunshine, amongst others. She is a writer by craft, entrepreneur in spirit and film director for fun.

Over the last near-15 years, she has spent her time at highly ranked agencies endeavoring to build brands that thrive in or sometimes even form, culture. She has worked on a mix of global and local work, massive brand transformations, and small nimble projects. Her work has been recognized by Cannes, Effies, Clios, Strategy, Communication Arts, amongst others.

Kim is also the co-founder of Darling Mimosa.
