"Kevin is a senior creative leader who stands at the intersection of creativity and equity.
He began his career as a Copywriting Fellow in the Marcus Graham Project’s iCR8 Summer Bootcamp, where he learned that cultural authenticity is the key to breakthrough creative.
Since then, he’s held creative leadership positions at RAPP, Match.com and Cashmere Agency. Throughout his 15-year career, Kevin has led teams to create award-winning, effective campaigns for brands like PNC Bank, McDonald’s, Toyota, Taco Bell, Dave & Buster’s, Instagram and more.
Currently, he serves as Executive Creative Director at Moroch, where he leads efforts to redefine the agency’s creative offering and help clients transform their marketing efforts through the lens of local culture.
He's previously served as a member of Snapchat’s Creative Council, member of Strava's Anti-Racism Advisory Board, Co-Chair of the ADCOLOR Advisory Board and was named AAF Dallas’ Mosaic Champion.
Kevin is also an emerging speaker and thought leader, sharing his insights on podcasts and national industry conferences. Kevin finds his greatest fulfillment, however, as a mentor and ally for colleagues and emerging talent in the industry.
When he’s not working, you can catch him spending quality time with his three favorite people in the world: his wife Jasmin and daughters Audrey and Autumn.
