About

Kelly Ramsawak Stewart is a talent relations expert with eight years of experience creating celebrity and influencer partnerships for globally recognized brands. She developed expertise at the intersection of pop culture, television, and fashion through her work at leading entertainment companies: Rain Management, Next Models, United Entertainment Group, and R/GA. Over the last decade, Kelly produced hundreds of talent partnerships and developed social strategies for a wide variety of brands: Audi, Nike, Oprah's Book Club, and American Express, to name a few.

Deeply committed to uplifting diverse talent, NEXT Models tapped Kelly as a senior talent agent in 2016 to grow their New York division. At NEXT, Kelly signed and represented a roster of high-profile and emerging talents, including musicians, actors, photographers, fashion influencers, and DJs. She produced more than five hundred talent-driven partnerships with fashion and beauty brands like Adidas, Cartier, Dior, Estee Lauder, and Ralph Lauren. She also pitched and secured talent for editorial and branded content projects with Vogue, ELLE, and Refinery29.

Craving a shift from talent management to storytelling, Kelly entered the world of marketing and advertising in 2018. As a director and strategist at ad shops, United Entertainment Group, and R/GA, Kelly continued to spearhead partnerships and endorsement deals with talent, influencers, and creators through the lens of client missions and objectives. Kelly has lead the development of custom talent strategies and influencer-driven proposals for Unilever, General Mills, Samsung, Verizon, American Express, and more. She also managed direct-to-talent budgets ranging from $200K to over $1M, allocating fees for talent/agent participation, glam, and travel.

Kelly operates much like a casting expert: identifying, pitching, and booking unique and intentional talents for brand campaigns, commercials, events, and social media initiatives. She recognizes talent and influential people not simply for their robust social media following or entertainment credits, but for their entreprenuership in other industries, their philanthropy, and the causes or movements they care about.

Now are Partners In Health, a global health and social justice organization, Kelly is harnessing the power of diverse, influential voices to help share PIH's mission, and work. She is responsible for establishing the organization's first entertainment and ambassador program, tapping talent and brands with genuine interest and advocacy for equity, justice and human rights.
