She built LA-based agency Lupine Creative in February 2020 with a base of experiential, social, and cultural expertise, which has boasted year-over-year revenue growth. Kate and her team also bring a diversity story: she’s cofounder of Do the WeRQ, a movement to increase queer creativity, representation and share-of-voice across the industry. Lupine clients include Spotify, HBO Max, LG, Google, Strava, Teva and more.
