Judy Lee is the Head of Global Brand Experiences at Pinterest. She leads the teams that bring the Pinterest brand to life through events, experiences and programming to audiences around the globe.
Judy is a passionate advocate for inclusion and mentorship, especially for people of color in the tech, advertising and marketing industries. At Pinterest, she is the executive sponsor of the Asian employee community. She currently serves on the Adweek Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, is an Adweek Executive Mentor and an ADCOLOR Futures Champion.
Recognized for her work in transforming Pinterest's brand experiences, Judy has been named an Adweek Woman Trailblazer, a Top Woman to Watch by Brand Innovators and a Top Woman in Events by Event Marketer. With a broad and deep background across multiple marketing disciplines, Judy is an industry thought leader across a range of topics from brand marketing, inclusion and diversity, and events. She has been featured in publications like the Wall Street Journal, judged competitions like the Effies, and is a frequent speaker at events.
Previously, Judy held marketing leadership roles at high growth companies including Facebook/Instagram, Pandora, and AOL. She began her career and love of technology and media at CNET and her love of retail at Gap, Inc.
She currently resides in Brooklyn and is dreaming about her next big trip.
