Josh Penny is an impact strategist working at the intersection of brand purpose and social change. Josh joined Hinge, the dating app designed to be deleted, in 2022 as the company’s first Director of Social Impact to lead efforts to promote healthy relationships. Previously, he led corporate citizenship at Mailchimp and managed college access programs at the Posse Foundation and Georgia State University.
He’s been recognized as a “Rising Star in Corporate Citizenship” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and is an alum of LEAD Atlanta. In his spare time, Josh serves on the board of directors for VOX ATL and the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta’s grant-making committee.
