About

Jason Morros joined the Edison Properties family in 2017 to lead brand marketing, digital strategy, advertising, and creative services for one of the mid-Atlantic region’s largest privately-held real estate development and services company. With more than 25 years of experience with both large and small companies, Jason connects brands with consumers through engaging creative, media, promotions, and partnerships. A strategic, results-focused, and highly-collaborative leader with a big-picture approach, he’s passionate about rolling up his sleeves to drive awareness, demand, and customer engagement across the industries and brands in which he’s worked, including entertainment, travel, eCommerce CPG retail, and now, real estate services.

Jason currently oversees marketing and communication strategy and execution, including advertising and media planning, content development and social media, public relations/internal communications, reputation management, employer branding, and website and mobile/app development, across iconic brands including Manhattan Mini Storage, Edison ParkFast, ElevatedNY, Hippodrome NYC, The Ludlow, WorkSpace Offices, and Ironside Newark. Manhattan Mini Storage is consistently recognized for its breakthrough advertising and won awards for its latest campaign, “Mini storage. Maximum you.”

Prior to Edison, Jason served as Director, Marketing and Merchandise at Mars, leading marketing, product development, and merchandise strategy for the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business for personalized M&M’s candies. Prior to Mars, he was Vice President, Global Brand Marketing for HomeAway, the world’s largest subscription-based e-commerce platform for vacation rental properties, where he led brand strategy across the company’s 10 businesses and created an integrated Branded Customer Experience along with distinct identities for the company’s brands and websites around the world.

At Hilton, Jason originated the company’s global media strategy and marketing planning group, leading internal teams and agency partners for global integrated media strategy and planning. He also directed integrated, enterprise-wide marketing processes, including developing tools and consistent procurement process for agency search and evaluation, project briefing, global marketing planning, promotions development, and marketing metrics and reporting.

Jason also led global marketing for Feld Entertainment, directed brand advertising and media for Choice Hotels International, and managed strategic brand marketing, media, and broadcast video to drive lead-generation for Disney Vacation Club across the company’s theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships. Earlier in his career, Jason led marketing services for Cox Radio sales headed marketing for Boston University and managed public relations and fund-raising for the non-profit organization Parents’ and Children’s Services.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Boston University Questrom School of Business, as well as Masters of Education, Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degrees, also all from Boston University.

Jason and his wife, the author Pam Bachorz, live in New Jersey and have one son. They enjoy outdoor activities including hiking and all matter of exploring new things through travel, along with experiencing all that the New York Metro area has to offer.
