His expertise lies in crafting effective and measurable programs for renowned clients and brands like New Balance, Atari, and Mercedes-Benz. Presently, James holds a senior creative leadership role in The LEGO Group's internal creative agency, leading a team dedicated to creating exceptional brand advertising and content for LEGO products and brand initiatives.

James's industry insights and thoughts on marketing, branding, and creativity have garnered global recognition, with publications like the Wall Street Journal and Adweek featuring his perspectives. He was recently honored as part of the prestigious Adweek Creative 100, an annual celebration of influential innovators, agency leaders, marketers, and creative game-changers within the advertising and marketing industries.

Originally from London, England, James spent his childhood between New Jersey and the UK before pursuing his college education in the United States. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse University, with a minor in painting. Outside of his professional endeavors, James faces the joyful challenges of being a father to a spirited 5-year-old girl and 3-year-old identical twin boys. He has a deep passion for Arsenal FC, sneakers, movies, and his favorite food, pizza.
