Jake Horowitz is the founder of Mic, the leading media company for millennials reaching 30 million monthly readers. From global affairs and politics to technology, science and lifestyle, Mic tells stories that help millennials stay informed. Jake was named to the 2014 Forbes’s 30 Under 30 list.

Prior to co-founding Mic, Jake worked at Change.org, and he also worked at the Carnegie Endowment in Beirut. Jake graduated from Stanford University, where he majored in Middle East history and politics, and he currently lives in Brooklyn.
