Isabelle Dacz’s media career started in France more than 20 years ago. After gaining experience in the international media industry, in various disciplines and various regions, she ended up in the Netherlands. After several leadership positions Isabelle took on the role of CEO in May 2016. For the last years Isabelle has focused on the growth and digital transformation of the company and its clients. Under her responsibility as CEO, Isabelle transformed Wavemaker from a media agency to a media-content agency driven by data & technology. So next to media Wavemaker is also successful in content, social media, influencer marketing, creation and in-house production.
Isabelle is passionate about everything media related. An enormous transformation is taking place in the media landscape: consumer orientation and purchasing behavior are changing rapidly. Creativity and technique are essential for an effective media and content strategy.
