Since receiving the Forbes "Top 30 under 30" award in 2009, Humphrey has lectured on various topics at business schools around the world.

Humphrey is focused on creating the first global advertising agency with a native understanding of the APAC landscape and the burgeoning group of companies in the Americas that wish to expand overseas.

Having spent seven years in Shanghai as Commercial Director for Wieden+Kennedy and as a former Director of Commercial Operations for Leagas Delaney, Humphrey brings a wealth of experience servicing clients in the automotive, agriculture, technology, and travel sectors. Humphrey is also a former "Xoogler" who was a Strategic Partnerships Leader at Google China before joining Hylink in 2016.

Humphrey has led the Hylink Group to consistent success over his seven years of leadership, with the company's US offices garnering awards from Adweek, ADDYs, Effie Award, The Drum, and the Shorty Awards.
