Hannah Strashun has more than 16 years of combined expertise in health care public relations and social impact advertising and marketing. As Vice President, Group Campaign Director at the Ad Council, Hannah provides strategic leadership and guidance on the development and implementation of multifaceted, fully integrated communications strategies and marketing plans for some of the country’s most pressing and complex social issues.
Working with prominent nonprofit partners, federal agencies and leading creative, media, tech and corporate partners, Hannah has driven measurable change across critical matters, including mental health, health equity and chronic disease prevention, bullying prevention, community engagement and domestic violence prevention.
Hannah holds an undergraduate degree from Union College and a Master's in Strategic Communication from Columbia University.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, on the trails and in the waters of Maine, and refurbishing old furniture. She is also an avid walking-pad user.
