Erica Rupp joined Snap Inc., the parent company of Snapchat, in April 2015, and is a Senior Manager on the Content team. Erica was instrumental in launching Spotlight, Snapchat’s entertainment platform for short-form, user-generated content, and is focused on ensuring Spotlight is a platform that drives culture, reflects trends, inspires innovation and celebrates diversity.

Erica joined Snap from PBS Digital Studios where she worked on educational digital video content about science, pop culture, art, food, news and music.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts from The School of Cinematic Arts, Film and Television Production, University of Southern California. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
