Throughout my career, I've been passionate about weaving brands into the fabric of culture. I'm energized by developing insight-driven ideas that come to life with a clear brand voice to create affinity and increase sales.
I served as Executive Creative director at VMLY&R in Kansas City for eight years. During my six-year tenure on the Wendy's account, I helped grow our stake in hamburgers from digital agency of record to full-service AOR. I led rosters of up to 20 creatives and helped to develop globally recognized work including "Keeping Fortnite Fresh," the "webeefin?" mixtape "#NuggsForCarter" and "Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger Love Songs." I also helped to author the sassy brand voice that has taken Wendy's from a place your grandparents used to take you for a Frosty to a global, social media icon (and before you ask: yes, sales followed).
In 2018, I was instrumental in helping VMLY&R win multiple brands within the Danone portfolio (including Oikos, Danimals and Light + Fit) and up for a new challenge, left the Wendy's account on my own accord to lead the business. For Danone, I was able to apply my experience to modernize brands that were no longer top of mind for American consumers with campaigns like "The Greek Yogurt War" (Oikos) "Danimations" (Danimals) and "Add Some Light" (Light + Fit).
Today, I am the ECD at Dunn&Co., Tampa Bay where I lead a team of creatives on a vast number of diverse accounts including the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Club, Smokey Bones Restaurant Chain, Monster Jam, the island of Bonaire tourism, and Grow Financial Credit Union.
