Banoo Klein Froats is currently Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development at Maximum Effort & MNTN, while also acting as a senior advisor to Creative Ladder - a non-profit focused on inclusivity in advertising. She helps drive Maximum Effort's enterprise go-to-market strategy, identifying strategic partnerships across the business that contribute to and advance operating objectives.
Before joining Maximum Effort, Banoo was at The New York Times for 6.5 years as a strategy leader within the advertising department. In this role, she led a team that built integrated campaigns based on strategic insights across the technology, finance, media and healthcare verticals. Throughout her tenure at NYT, she helped build award-winning work for several blue chip brands including Meta, BlackRock and Mastercard - while also playing a critical role in the launch of NYT’s #1 podcast, The Daily. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a major in Communications and a minor in Anthropology.
