Ashley is a strategic problem-solver who specializes in applying traditional brand planning techniques to modern marketing challenges, creating space for brands to connect with consumers in ways that are meaningful, authentic, and impactful. She currently is the Strategy Director at Ayzenberg, leading a team that transforms data-driven insights into unforgettable creative for a range of Microsoft brands.
Previously, Ashley was at M&C Saatchi in Los Angeles and Sydney where she spent years bringing brands like BMW Motorrad, Oakley, and Reebok to life in the digital world. Passionate about mentoring, learning, and giving back, she’s had the opportunity to apply her unique skillset to non-profit organizations such as AIDS Project Los Angeles and Resolve Uganda, and guest lecture for the University of Southern California, where she received her M.A. in Strategic Communications.
