Andrew Caravella is a marketing executive, brand advisor and theater producer. Through leadership roles and entrepreneurial engagements, for more than 20 years he’s told creative stories and built marketing organizations in brand, agency and startup environments.
Andrew made his producing debut in 2023, co-producing the groundbreaking Broadway musical How to Dance in Ohio. His ongoing marketing and strategy work for Music Box, an LA-based entertainment production shop, centers on Major Minor—a new initiative to cultivate and credit women, BIPOC and underrepresented songwriters and music producers in the industry. He continues to explore new projects, as a producer, entertainment advisor and angel investor.
He is the former head of marketing and global partnerships at Sprout Social, where he oversaw official relations and joint product development with major platforms including Google, Meta, Twitter and TikTok. In nearly a decade at Sprout, Andrew set the brand trajectory and built an integrated team, supporting Sprout’s early growth stages through its 2019 IPO and beyond.
Andrew proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Point Foundation, the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ scholarship fund, and as an Advisory Board member of the North Fork TV Festival. An active citizen, tennis fanatic and increasingly accomplished home cook, he earned a master’s degree from Northwestern University and bachelors degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Andrew lives in New York City.
