Ana Noriega, with over 20 years of experience, became part of FCB Mexico in 2015. She was promoted to Chief Creative Officer 4 years later. In the middle of a pandemic, Ana led two of the most important pitches that increased the agency's staff by over 200%; BMW Group for Mexico/Latam in 2020 and Little Caesars regionally in 2021. She also participated in 40 pitches, of which 30 were won.
Ana has also been a member of the jury in regional and international festivals including: Effie Latam 2020, LBB's Immortal Awards 2021/2023 , One Show 2021, FIAP 2021, D&AD 2021, Círculo Creativo de México 2021, Ad Stars 2021, La Vara 2021, El Ojo de Iberoamérica 2021 and in 2022 Gerety Awards, Lux Awards and Clio, being the only Mexican on the jury and on-site jury at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. All these achievements led Ana to become part of FCB's Global Creative Council. Ana was recognized as Leading Women 2021 by Ad Age/Adlatina, and in 2022 she was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the 100 most creative Mexicans in the world. She has also won awards at national advertising festivals such as Cannes, One Show, Effie Latam, FIAP, Sol de Iberoamérica, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Yahoo Big Idea Chair, and Círculo Creativo de México. Also, she led the impactful campaign in Mexico, Cuartos Vacios, which resulted in the recovery of a young minor.
