Allison is a Brooklyn girl, currently living in Jersey, who’s passionate about making the world a better place. As a writer, speaker, and content strategist, she helps mission-driven organizations create, publish, measure, and manage high-impact content that drives results.

Prior to striking it out on her own, Allison was the Marketing and Publications Director at NTEN: The Nonprofit Technology Network, where she oversaw reports, social and editorial initiatives, and campaigns. Before joining NTEN, she worked at Idealist.org where she launched and managed Idealist Careers, a publication for purpose-driven professionals.

Allison also loves helping her fellow Millennials build meaningful careers. She’s written extensively about social impact careers for publications like Fast Company and the Huffington Post, and has spoken about leadership at Demos, Girl Scouts, and other organizations.

When not working, you can find her gossiping with friends, making a mess in her kitchen, or hanging out with one of her five younger siblings.
