Joining Headspace in its early days, Alice played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's social impact strategy. With her extensive expertise in mental health, strategic planning, and community engagement, Alice has been a key contributor to driving the mission of Headspace to make meditation and mindfulness accessible to all.
Through her leadership, she has overseen the development of community outreach programs for nonprofits, educators and young people, launching Headspace for Teens in 2021. Her work focuses on improving mental health equity in places where historically underserved individuals live, work, play and get educated.
Prior to Headspace Alice was Director of Creative Media at Burberry, a brand renowned for its commitment to embracing the future of fashion. Alice Nathoo’s role helped to shape the brand's digital presence and content strategy, launching Tweetwalk at London Fashion Show and producing the world’s first global simulcast live runway show.
This year Apple awarded Headspace the Social Impact Award, FastCo named Headspace #10 in the social good category in 2022 and Headspace was included as one of TIME100's Most Influential Companies of 2021.
