AJ is Group Creative Director at The Many, leading a social-first approach to entertainment and community building, including YouTube franchises for eBay Motors and artist collabs for eBay Sneakers. Prior to this, he directed marquee projects at influential global brands, like creative content development for e-Sports and Drone Light Shows at Intel, VR gaming and AR experiences at Oculus, and all brand content and creative for the Golden State Warriors in and out of the arena, ranging from jersey designs to basketball featurettes to anti-racism and voter participation campaigns. This followed ten years at top advertising agencies reinventing the way media channels can be used–for clients across four continents.
AJ’s work is driven by 3 principles: truths inspire action, meaning creates value, and fast is the new great. His non-work focus is much simpler: his wife, kids, and trying to book the elusive Yosemite campsite.
