Emily Sue Smith (She/They) is currently the Head of Creative for leading PepsiCo’s in-house agency and driving creative excellence across the PepsiCo North American Beverages marketing organization. Their responsibilities include the creative stewardship for the studio, including leadership over the creative and digital teams developing concepts, content, and strategies across all forms of media – from Social, Digital and Television - for PepsiCo’s portfolio brands.
Over the past decade, Emily has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands - creating integrated advertising campaigns and programs that elevate the consumer experience through content, technology, and experience. Other experiences include Rémy Cointreau, Crocs Footwear, and R/GA New York. She has appeared as a speaker and panelist on numerous occasions from SXSW, Ad: Tech, Internet Week NY, Blog World Expo, Advertising Club of NY and Brand Innovators, where she was named to their "40 under 40 Most Innovative Marketers" in 2013.
