Zeena Koda is a seasoned brand digital marketing executive, with strong roots in entertainment, content creation and broadcast journalism. As a lifelong singer, she entered the industry through performance, pivoting to working closely with artists in media relations at indie record labels. A passion for branding brought her to lead accounts at Cornerstone Agency, where she built out a digitally driven lifestyle marketing arm, serving as a key liaison for industry-changing campaigns for Converse, A24, vitaminwater, PUMA + more.

In 2008 she began her journalism and broadcast career as a morning radio host on SiriusXM's Liquid Metal, freelance writer + video journalist for ADWEEK, VICE, Mass Appeal, Uproxx, FADER and Revolver Magazine. She has hosted video programming on MTV, FUSE, Music Choice, Reelz, VEVO, Loudwire, Revolver, Warner Records and produced several comedic Vlog series and podcasts. Post-SiriusXM, she entered the podcasting realm and has hosted and produced several podcast series including Ladyish, BoxxTalk, Revolver's Weekly Podcast, Last Words and currently Everything's Political. A passion for cultural storytelling has been a through line for her work.

Returning to her roots, she went on to lead digital marketing teams for legendary labels such as Motown / Capitol and Atlantic Records. During her tenure she worked on Grammy-award winning releases from Nipsey Hussle and Meek Mill, as well as developing digital campaigns for up-and-coming talent. Most recently, she served as the Head of Brand Digital at the North Face where she heavily integrated cultural marketing into brand campaigns, leading the brand through their highest earning quarter of all time, award winning social campaigns for #MoreThanAJakcet and their launch of TikTok. She is currently Senior Director of Digital Community Marketing, leading the creator, social and community engagement functions at 2K Games.

Zeena’s life passion has led her to be an active community leader. She is a 2022 AdWeek Executive Mentee and has led many conversations surrounding diversity and inclusion and served as a key speaker at Brand Innovators, NYC Social Media Week, Digital World Forum, Montreal Entertainment Management conference, Cannes Lions, SXSW, Adweek and more. She is also the co-founder of Asian American Collective, a non-profit organization focused on mentorship, building community and education for AAPI’s in creative careers.
