Seema helps transform businesses and brands to drive growth in a constantly changing world. She has led brand strategy for 25 years for clients like adidas, Diageo, Kellogg’s, Kia Motors, LG, McDonald’s, Nintendo, Panda Express, Proctor & Gamble, Target, and Walmart.
Before joining Constellation, Seema co-founded Wolfgang, a consulting and creative agency in the Stagwell portfolio. Over her career, Seema helped David&Goliath win its second biggest client, led Target’s post-recession strategy at Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, drove global strategy for McDonald’s and P&G at Leo Burnett, in Chicago and Singapore. Her work has won Cannes Lions, Clios, and Effies. She also spent a year on the client side as a part of the JC Penney transformation team where she served as the head of consumer intelligence and strategy.
In 2014, Seema was named one of Business Insider’s “36 Most Creative Women” and in 2016 she was selected to be part of the “Exceptional Women of the West” series by The Drum. She also spoke on panels at the International Andy Awards, Advertising Week NYC, as well as at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.Member Directory
