Pam Fujimoto has 23 years of experience both in agencies and in-house, bringing an inclusive approach and an entrepreneurial mindset to her leadership. She is currently ECD at Golin’s LA office, with a focus on social and earned-first campaigns across the network. Her background merges a more recent focus in social with a foundation in traditional brand advertising – integrating a brand through all touchpoints. From The Many where she led the eBay social creative and other culture-forward accounts to her time at Twitter leading creative for both the DEI group and Global Business Marketing, Pam is committed to creative where culture and brands intersect. As ECD of WONGDOODY, she helped lead the agency to win Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year award, twice. She also developed the Wongtern internship program, launched the Women in Advertising scholarship, led a refresh of the agency identity, and co-founded the consultancy June Cleaver is Dead (renamed The Motherboard), which explores how marketers can better understand and connect with moms today. She’s also the proud mom of basketball-obsesed twin boys.
