Michelle is a Creative Director who has created 360 degree campaigns for prominent brands like Google, Hennessy, Jordan Brand, Honda, Acura, Jack in the Box, Facebook, Adidas and JetBlue.
She's a Philly native slightly softened by the South whose middle-child energy led to a fine arts background. She specializes in building and leading teams who create social-first, culture-driven ideas that have a resounding impact.
Michelle believes in the empowerment and amplification of underrepresented voices, not just for their powerful brand and business value, but for the sake of equity across the human experience. She created, hosts and produces Black Tea, a video interview series spotlighting Black women in the advertising industry.
