As CCO of Barkley, Katy leads all creative and production across the agency. In addition, she oversees our Barkley Films and FUEL teams, allowing her to have a full perspective on how to build modern brands across the entire spectrum. From TV and digital to social and experiential, Katy relishes helping our brands discover their biggest possible future. She brings a unique, positive energy that supercharges everything we do at Barkley and our clients like Planet Fitness, Dairy Queen, Delta Faucets, Haribo, AMC Theatres, Justin's Peanut Butter, Post Cereals and many more. She started her career at Crispin working on Old Navy. She then moved to Boston to run Zappos and Jet Blue (among others). Her relentless positivity and unique perspective have led to numerous industry awards including the AdAge 100, Business Insider’s Most Creative 30 under 30 and one of the 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising.
