Joon Park (they/them) is a senior consultant at sparks & honey, where they advise tech, beauty, and CPG clients on how to futureproof their business through the lens of cultural impact. They are a recipient of GLAAD’s inaugural Rising Stars Grant, which honors LGBTQ+ changemakers across the nation.

As the first transgender Mx. ADCOLOR , Joon has appeared in publications like Seventeen, Teen Vogue, and Vogue, and spoken on stages like Cannes, SXSW, and ADCOLOR about topics like precision data, ethical design, and workplace diversity. Most recently, Joon is the chair of PRIDE @ ADCOLOR and served as a judge for GLAAD and Getty Images’ Global Grant that honors LGBTQ+ storytellers and creatives.
