Daina has rapidly grown businesses in highly competitive complex environments that demand continuous evolution and innovation. She began her career by spending 16 years at Hewlett-Packard Company in various marketing and sales roles. After leaving HP, Daina headed Innovation, Analytics, and Insights for Publicis-owned Moxie Interactive, where she pioneered paid social media. From 2009 to 2014, she was CEO of Performics, where she established the performance marketing category and grew revenues from $14 million to $150 million and expanded into 34 countries. In 2014, Daina joined Twitter to head global B2B marketing. She built out the global marketing team supporting sales and launched marketing programs and client and agency properties. Daina joined Larcen Consulting in 2016, the organization development arm of Gryphon Investors where she coached leadership teams in 14 of Gryphon's portfolio companies. Daina was the transformational CEO of Ansira, a century-old private equity-backed marketing technology, and services firm before joining Enact as a partner earlier this year.
Daina serves as an independent director of Marin Software. She is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including 2019 Direct Marketing News Hall of Femme, Dallas Shining Star, American Advertising Association, 2013 Gold Stevie International Female Executive of the Year.
