Rudder, who is also a professional creator, ensures creators receive creative guidance, career support and have relevant advocates as they deliver award-winning campaigns for Whalar’s brand partners.
Ashley is responsible for all global creator sourcing, identification, and execution, including negotiations, contracts, and creative consultation on all creator-led campaigns.
With 20+ years of experience in digital branding and driving brand awareness and sales, Ashley has a proven track record in identifying and supporting talent throughout their work as brand ambassadors.
An experienced marketing and digital content executive, Rudder began her career at MAC Cosmetics, a brand that established itself with a commitment to inclusion and diversity. She emerged as an influential make-up artist, a unique skill that enabled her to become one of the brand’s top executives . While at M·A·C, Ashley oversaw the brand’s global digital presence across all global social platforms. Cosmetics, Ashley’s leadership contributed to M·A·C becoming the first beauty brand to launch on IGTV and one of the most prominent beauty brands on Instagram overall.
Ashley has worked on all of Whalar’s award winning campaigns such as the campaign with Martha Stewart that was Martha’s debut on TikTok that won theHighly Commendable award at The Drum Awards for Content in Best Celebrity/Influencer Brand Partnership in 2022.
