Andrew Caravella is a business and marketing executive, advisor and investor experienced in setting vision, leading teams and delivering revenue through programs grounded in human connection and value-based relationships. Those principles guide more than twenty years of successful efforts in B2B, B2C and agency environments.
Andrew was formerly vice president of global partnerships at Sprout Social. In this role, Andrew oversaw official relations and joint product development with platforms including Meta’s Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp plus Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter. He also forged the ecosystem and developed partnerships with Amazon, Dropbox, HubSpot, Slack and Yelp. In nearly a decade at Sprout, Andrew was its first vice president of marketing where he set the brand trajectory, built an integrated marketing team and drove awareness, supporting its early and hyper growth stages through to its IPO in 2019 and beyond.
Prior to Sprout, Andrew was director of marketing at Performics (Publicis Groupe). He previously served as a product marketing manager at DoubleClick and began his career in public relations at Weber Shandwick, managing campaigns for iconic brands including got milk?, Kraft, National Pork Board, Oscar Mayer and Unilever.
Andrew proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Point Foundation, the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ scholarship fund and is an active citizen, tennis fanatic, theater enthusiast and increasingly accomplished home cook. He earned an MS in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University and BAs in political science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Andrew lives in New York City.
