Andra Mielnicki oversees the strategic development of brand voice and communications behind the portfolio of COTY Luxury’s 20 global fragrance, skincare, and makeup brands, including BURBERRY, CALVIN KLEIN, CHLOE, GUCCI, HUGO BOSS, MARC JACOBS, PHILOSOPHY, TIFFANY & CO and more.

With two decades of communications and brand marketing experience, including more than seven years leading global luxury beauty and fragrance launches at The Estee Lauder Companies, Andra is particularly passionate about evolving and expanding the traditional role of marketing communications, to create more meaningful, 360-degree, consumer-led brand experiences.

In her role at COTY, Andra drives content strategy across owned and earned channels by harnessing the combined storytelling power of social, digital and traditional media platforms, to help facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between brands and target consumers.

With a keen sense of today’s socially-driven world, Andra leverages a strong network of influencers across the globe, to help bring organic brand stories and authentic endorsements to life through the use of highly-immersive content. She works in real-time to ensure both brand and influencer-led content ladders up to relevant conversations and trends, to help maximize the visibility and desirability of the COTY Luxury portfolio.
