Since he was first exposed to the ad industry via the 4A's MAIP program, Aaron has worked across several verticals including retail, finance, gaming, and tech, leveraging his cultural currency and strategic thinking to build effective communications strategies. Beyond his role as a Senior Connections Strategist, Aaron has experience developing internal infrastructures for employee development such as Employee's Resource Groups & internal/external workshops covering topics such as personal branding, interviewing & resume building.
In the last year, he has been honored as a 2021 MAIPer to Watch & the inaugural 4A’s x McCann Worldgroup Billy Davis Award recipient and MR. ADCOLOR 2022. Most recently, Aaron launched Black Visionaries, a hub for thought leaders, change agents, and multi-hyphenate creatives who identify as a part of the Black Diaspora.
In addition to being an enthusiast for all things innovative, Aaron is a lover of comics and some would also say a pretty good dancer.
