As Director of Digital Media, Fan Engagement & Consumer Research at the U.S. Olympic Committee, Lauren Pasquale has led a 560% increase in digital media reach from the 2008 Beijing to the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games by executing a growth strategy across emerging digital platforms. Her most recent focus is on leading consumer research and utilizing cutting-edge marketing technology to analyze data and grow cross-channel fan engagement. Production leadership experience in digital and broadcast media includes senior producer oversight on live event production, live-to-tape broadcast, digital live streaming and VOD programming, and oversight on website, social and mobile operations. Collaboration with industry-leading broadcast and technology partners and leadership of high-performing teams have yielded year-over-year sponsorship activation revenue growth and recognition with awards from Apple iTunes, OMMA, Webby, Telly, Horizon, AVA Digital and Mashable. During seven years with the National Football League and NFL Films, Pasquale was on the launch team for the NFL Internet Network in 1999, responsible for integrating the 32 NFL club websites. With USA Hockey from 2001-2008, she led the launch of the largest online membership registration system among National Governing Bodies at the time. Through resource efficiencies and strategic partnerships, Pasquale brings the digital start-up mentality to traditional organizations in professional and Olympic sports.
