Jennifer Rowland is the EVP & Group Management Director of FCB.
With more than two decades in the marketing industry, Jennifer has experience across multiple industries including consumer package goods, food, semi-durable goods and financial services. She believes that curiosity, experimentation and instinct are critical to developing truly great strategies, ideas and plans that change behavior.
Jennifer believes that there has never been a more exciting time to be in the marketing industry with the rise of digital, multitude of engagement points, and the opportunity (and challenges) that real time marketing presents to both clients and agencies. “We have to move faster, ask better questions, and be more intuitive than ever before.”
Currently, Jennifer leads a 60+ agency team across multiple accounts including Newell Rubbermaid, Nestlé, Discover Financial Services, Diners Club International and The Shelter Pet Project. Her responsibilities include the largest digital account in the network, working on enterprise-level solutions that incorporate best in class customer experience, design and development. Previous clients include P&G, Playtex, TD Bank, IAB and Kraft Foods among others.
