Carol Saraiva is a Creative Director/Writer with 17+ years of experience working for the most creative and prestigious agencies/clients in Brazil, Europe, and now the United States. Currently, she is working as a Creative Director at Disney (YellowShoes), in Los Angeles.

Throughout her career, Carol’s work has been awarded in the industry’s highest honors, such as the Cannes Festival, D&AD, One Show and many more. Ranked #3 most awarded copywriter in the world, Cannes Lions Global Creativity Report 2014.

Beyond her client work, Carol invests her time into mentoring women and helping female initiatives around the world. She is the founder of Elas Na Gringa (elasnagringa.com), a platform that helps Brazilian ad women to have a chance to work abroad. In 2019 it became one of the largest female ad communities in the world. She is also the communications co-lead of Women@Disney, an employee-led organization focused on equipping and motivating employees to achieve impactful careers.
